The handles are both ergonomic and heat resistant, and when you can use the tempered glass lid on the occasions where you want to use the 4 quart piece as a saucepan rather than a cooker. All of the pots can be safely cleaned in the dishwasher, and you can keep the exterior looking brand new with just an occasional polish.
Another thing that customers like is the Steamer Basket that comes with it. It's perfect for when you need to drain pasta, and it also includes a trivet. People love the design of the handles, and say that they make the cooker very easy to lift. A great safety feature is the way that the cooker will not function unless the lid is on the right way. You can clearly see each of the different settings, because the dial is clearly marked. Plus, you have the option of choosing whether you want to release the steam quickly with the valve, or if you would rather let the pressure naturally drop on its own.
Customers report that they have been able to reduce their cooking time to a third of what it was with other methods. Some things can be cooked even faster than that. You do need to avoid using any kind of abrasive cleaning materials on this cooker, and if you are having a hard time cleaning it you can try using water with half of a lemon, and bring it to a boil.
